From Public Service to Private Transportation
After 10 years in law enforcement, Aaron Kasallis founded Principal Transportation with a simple belief: people should know and trust who is behind the wheel. The professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety developed during his years of public service became the foundation of the company.
What began as a personal commitment to providing dependable transportation has grown into a professional private transportation company built around relationships, trust, and exceptional client care. While the company has grown, the philosophy remains the same—Who Drives You Matters.
More Than a Business
Principal Transportation is more than a business—it is part of the life and legacy I am building with my family. I have been blessed with an incredible wife and two beautiful daughters, Brianna Lynn and Isabelle Marie. Being a husband and father will always be among the most important roles I have.
Like many small-business owners, I understand the challenge of building a company while still being present for the moments that matter—coaching soccer, taking family vacations, supporting my wife's business, and being actively involved in our community.
That same perspective shapes the way we operate Principal Transportation. Through my involvement with the Lovejoy Professional Network and other local organizations, our family believes strongly in supporting the community that supports us and giving back whenever we have the opportunity.
Above all, we recognize that our blessings are from God. Success is not simply measured by how much business we do, but by how we treat people, the relationships we build, the example we set for our children, and what we are able to give back along the way.
For us, this is more than transportation. It's about family, faith, community, and serving others well.
